Hello, friends of Feldenkrais! Spring Classes begin again on April 3rd. Live classes are on Mondays at both 11 AM and 1 PM. Come and play on the floor and feel wonderful!

Also, for those that prefer Zoom, I will continue with the ZOOM classes on MONDAY AFTERNOONS at 4:30 pm.
