Hello, friends of Feldenkrais! Classes resume on January 16th. In this term, I’m adding one more live class on Mondays at 1PM; as well as continuing with the regular 11AM class (which is currently full with returning participants). Come and play on the floor and feel wonderful!

Also, for those that prefer Zoom, I will continue with the ZOOM classes on MONDAY AFTERNOONS at 4:30 pm.
